In response to feedback from members, we are taking the event back to the mountains! The 2019 AGM & Industry Day will be held at the Kananaskis Mountain Lodge, a Marriott Autograph Collections property. The newly renovated hotel is equipped with ample function space, chef inspired cuisine and the one and only Nordic Spa in Alberta.
The event will kick-off with Thursday afternoon with registration followed by dinner and entertainment. There will be a late night meet and greet in the upper loft of Woody’s Pub located on the property as well. Friday starts with a group breakfast followed by the AGM and afternoon sessions, while the companion program will keep your guests active and engaged in a fun activity facilitated by Kananaskis Outfitters. The President’s banquet will be held Friday night with entertainment. Late night socializing will again be held in the upper loft of Woody’s Pub.
There will be a youth program to keep the young ones occupied and entertained with sessions starting Thursday evening, Friday day and evening and Saturday day should you be staying to golf. Register your children here.
The keynote speaker this year is Mark Milke. Mark Milke, PhD. is a political scientist, policy analyst, author, columnist and keynote speaker. Mark’s talk with members will be focused on the politics, government policy and economics of Alberta and what it means for our industry. Other afternoon session will have pertinent presentations for our members – details to come.
