NRMCA Announces Keynote Speakers for 2024 Annual Convention

Attendees at NRMCA’s 2024 Annual Convention will hear from keynote speaker Andrew Busch, a former first chief market intelligence officer for the U.S. government and economic futurist.

Mr. Busch was charged with improving and enhancing the government’s understanding of the markets and the economy.

His job was to take news, information and data on the economy and markets and condense them into easily understood research that could then be communicated to the government and public.

He provided economic and market briefings to the White House, Congress, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Federal Reserve Board and the Department of the Treasury on a wide range of issues, including interest rates, China’s influence on trade and the impact of technology on the economy.

Also speaking is Sara Neff, head of sustainability for Lendlease Americas, helping the company achieve absolute zero carbon emissions by 2040 while creating $250 million of social value by 2025.

She has been named a Los Angeles Woman of Influence by the Los Angeles Business Journal, a 40 under 40 awardee by the Urban Land Institute, a Los Angeles Power Woman in Real Estate by Bisnow, a Women in Sustainability Leader by Green Building & Design magazine, a Woman of Influence by GlobeSt Real Estate Forum and was the recipient of NAREIT’s 2020 Leader in the Light Leadership Personified Award that recognizes achievement in sustainability.

NRMCA’s 2024 Annual Convention will occur March 18 – 21 at the JW Marriott Tampa Water Street in Tampa, FL. Registration is open; please register now to take advantage of the early bird pricing discount and save $130 off the regular registration fees.
